CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for content operation in Germany, developing content strategies according to different topics.
- Track and analyze the content trends within the platform and adjust the content production strategy in a timely manner.
- Participate in creator operations, understand creators' pain points, collaborate with product teams and local operations to improve creator retention and creator level.
- Support promoting new product capabilities, communicating and coordinating across teams, and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of social media operation experience in Germany.
- Sensitive to data, with good data analysis ability.
- Familiar with social media platforms, familiar with trend operation methodologies and tools, and know how to capture the trend and further promote it.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with template design and video editing, sensitive to video editing trends, with rich editing experience preferred.
- Rich experience in operating creator communities is preferred.
