We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for content operation in Germany, developing content strategies according to different topics.
• Track and analyze the content trends within the platform and adjust the content production strategy in a timely manner.
• Participate in creator operations, understand creators\’ pain points, collaborate with product teams and local operations to improve creator retention and creator level.
• Support promoting new product capabilities, communicating and coordinating across teams, and ensure timely delivery.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of social media operation experience in Germany.
• Sensitive to data, with good data analysis ability.
• Familiar with social media platforms, familiar with trend operation methodologies and tools, and know how to capture the trend and further promote it.

Preferred Qualifications:- Familiar with template design and video editing, sensitive to video editing trends, with rich editing experience preferred.- Rich experience in operating creator communities is preferred.
