CapCut, a ByteDance product, is a leading all-in-one video editing platform empowering creators worldwide. We’re expanding our vibrant EU community and seeking a talented specialist to drive content excellence and creator growth in this dynamic region.

As a Content & Creator Operations Specialist, you will fuel CapCut’s growth in the EU by scaling high-quality content, nurturing creators, and enhancing our content ecosystem. You’ll bridge data-driven insights, cultural trends, and creator empowerment to boost user engagement and platform revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Creator Scouting & Onboarding: Screen profiles and establish connections with European creators based on business goals, and assist in creator education and inspiration sharing to creators.
  • Community Management: Communicate with creators on a daily basis to understand the pain points in template creation, summarize common problems, and develop solutions.
  • Campaign Brainstorming: For festival nodes and new product features, brainstorm template ideas, share them as inspirations with creators, and follow up on the creation progress.
  • Trend Tracking: Collect global and regional trending topics on a daily basis to assist teams in producing more content for the EU market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027.
  • Proficiency in English and French is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and external clients in the EU/FR market.
  • Solid video-editing capabilities (either on PC or mobile platforms).
  • Preferred Qualifications: Deep familiarity with major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) and a strong understanding of European/French internet culture.
  • High sensitivity to content with the ability to quickly identify social media trends; experience managing social media accounts is a major plus.
  • An interest in digital marketing, social media, or the tech industry.
