Overview

Community Operations Graduate (CapCut) 2026 Start (BS/MS) — ByteDance. This role supports CapCut, a ByteDance product, as we expand our local creator community in the FR/DE region.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and establish connections with overseas creators around business goals, and assist in educating local creators and sharing creative inspirations.
  • Communicate with local creators on a daily basis to understand pain points in template creation, summarize common problems, and provide solutions.
  • Collect global trends daily to assist various teams in producing more localized content.
  • Establish content strategies for festivals and new product features, collect creative inspirations and distribute them to creators and follow up on the creation processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Final year or recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. With less than 1 year of experience.
  • Fluent in German to communicate with stakeholders based in Germany.
  • Experience with cross-region online collaboration and a strong commitment to the position.
  • Some video editing skills and a passion for AI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube; experience in managing social media accounts is preferred.
  • Experience with creator recruitment and creator-network management in the German market is preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to grow and adapt to complex priorities.
