Overview
Community Operations Graduate (CapCut) 2026 Start (BS/MS) — ByteDance. This role supports CapCut, a ByteDance product, as we expand our local creator community in the FR/DE region.
Responsibilities
- Screen and establish connections with overseas creators around business goals, and assist in educating local creators and sharing creative inspirations.
- Communicate with local creators on a daily basis to understand pain points in template creation, summarize common problems, and provide solutions.
- Collect global trends daily to assist various teams in producing more localized content.
- Establish content strategies for festivals and new product features, collect creative inspirations and distribute them to creators and follow up on the creation processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Final year or recent Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. With less than 1 year of experience.
- Fluent in German to communicate with stakeholders based in Germany.
- Experience with cross-region online collaboration and a strong commitment to the position.
- Some video editing skills and a passion for AI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube; experience in managing social media accounts is preferred.
- Experience with creator recruitment and creator-network management in the German market is preferred.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to grow and adapt to complex priorities.
