Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Execution: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability testing). Analyse user behaviour, identify key problems, and synthesise insights into clear research findings. Prepare structured research reports and deliverables for stakeholders.
  • Research Operations: Recruit, screen, and manage research participants across local markets. Schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, and manage user incentives. Maintain research documentation, user databases, and study records. Ensure all sensitive user information is censored and handled according to internal guidelines.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams to align research objectives and timelines. Present research findings to product, design, and business stakeholders. Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields with exposure to research methods.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in user research, market research, research operations, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies (usability testing, heuristic evaluation, surveys, interviews).
  • Able to synthesize insights, identify problems, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native proficiency in the local language and good English (B2+), with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
