IT Support Consultant - Digital Transformation - Freelancer

Our Partner:

Is a global leader in sustainable insulation solutions, dedicated to innovation and digital transformation.

Your Role:

• Provide technical support for production IT systems, like: CCTV, MES, SCADA, label printing, access control, and Production PC/Thin Clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize IT solutions.
• Maintain system integrity by ensuring up-to-date documentation and best practices.
• Deliver high-quality IT support, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, preferably in a global industrial setting.
• Understanding of IT network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system architecture.
• Background in supporting remote and international teams in IT operations and project delivery.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

Addtional Notes:

• Fully remote but candidates should be able to attend any important meetings presencially.
• The role includes travel to Poland, as part of ongoing projects.
• Project lenght: 12 months with the option of extention.
