Your Role:
- Provide technical support for production IT systems, like: CCTV, MES, SCADA, label printing, access control, and Production PC/Thin Clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize IT solutions.
- Maintain system integrity by ensuring up-to-date documentation and best practices.
- Deliver high-quality IT support, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, preferably in a global industrial setting.
- Understanding of IT network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and system architecture.
- Background in supporting remote and international teams in IT operations and project delivery.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Additional Notes:
- Fully remote but candidates should be able to attend any important meetings in person.
- The role includes travel to Poland, as part of ongoing projects.
- Project length: 12 months with the option of extension.
