An opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, ideally with experience of working in primary care to work alongside and support the GPs.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will see patients with minor illnesses and assist with chronic disease management as well as carrying out home visits.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should hold an independent prescribing qualification.

About us:

We are a friendly, well-organised 3 Partner Practice serving around 8,500 patients. We are also part of 5 practices that make up the North Easington Primary Care Network which has an excellent track record for collaboration, care and support. Our Practice Team includes 5 GPs, Nurse Practitioner, 2 Pharmacists as well as a very experienced Nursing team and supportive administration team. We have regular clinical meetings, practice meetings and MDT meetings as well as Protected Time in / time out sessions. Support and mentorship will be provided and we actively encourage Specialist clinical interests and continued professional development.
