Byron is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance delivery across our London restaurant estate, with nationwide travel to other sites.

You’ll lead preventative programmes, drive reliability, and balance safety, compliance and guest experience.

The role requires strong technical maintenance expertise, commercial awareness and hands-on problem solving.
