As a member of Bar Staff, you\’ll help service run as smoothly as possible by dispensing drinks orders and crafting our Famous Shakes, working with your team to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. You\’ll love being in the heart of the business and working side by side with your fellow Byronites, because as delicious as our burgers are, our people are the most important thing in our restaurants.

What will you be doing?

Led by your Management Team, you\’ll support service by ensuring our guests have some delicious drinks to accompany their awesome food. As member of Bar Staff with Byron, you\’ll:

• Dispense drinks orders
• Keep the bar area tidy, washing glasses and ensuring H&S processes are followed
• Craft our wonderful milkshakes
• Creating our delicious desserts
• Have a keen eye for detail

The basic hourly rate not including tronc is £10.42 for Under 21 and £12.21 for Over 21.
