Byron in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Chef to work with the General Manager to lead the kitchen, inspire the team, and serve our burgers, fries and sides with energy.
You will develop culture, ensure health and safety and audit standards, manage stock and wastage, and deliver world‑class burgers and sides while keeping the shift running smoothly.
This role combines hands‑on cooking with leadership in a fast‑paced Byron restaurant, offering a base salary with bonus and a share of the tronc.
