As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll work with your General Manager to develop and inspire the team to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shift runs as it should – smoothly, and with great energy. You'll love being in the heart of the business and working side by side with your fellow Byronites, because as delicious as our burgers are, our people are the most important thing in our restaurants.

What will you be doing?
Alongside your General Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. As a Head Chef with Byron, you’ll:
- Build and develop the team, acting with patience and emotional intelligence
- Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety and audit standards
- Have experience working in a leadership role within a kitchen
- Have great attention to detail, ensuring all food leaves the kitchen as it should
- Be responsible for following process which will ensure all your audits are passed with flying colours
- Be in charge of managing your stock and ensuring your team are working to spec and recording all wastage
