Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups to help them access learning and achieve their goals.
- Assist the class teacher with preparing resources, delivering learning activities, and maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Support pupils with additional needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and promoting independence.
- Contribute to the assessment of pupils' progress by observing, recording, and feeding back to teaching staff.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and positive behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external agencies to support pupils' well-being and development.
