The next phase of growth depends on sharper execution, stronger relevance, and marketing that directly drives commercial performance—not just noise. We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to take real ownership of that challenge across Byron and Mother Clucker. This is a hands‑on role in a small, fast‑moving team, where you’ll be responsible for delivering marketing activity that drives measurable business results across both brands.
Role Purpose
You will own the execution and performance of marketing across Byron and Mother Clucker—ensuring activity is commercially effective, brand‑consistent, and delivered with pace and discipline. You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, Analytics, CRM and external agencies to turn marketing plans into real‑world impact.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Commercial Performance
- Drive revenue growth across dine‑in, delivery and repeat customer behaviour
- Ensure all marketing activity is clearly linked to commercial outcomes
- Use data and insight to track performance and optimise activity
- Brand Execution & Governance
- Support delivery of agency‑led brand work across both brands
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels
- Act as a brand guardian across Operations, suppliers and partners
- Campaign Strategy & Delivery
- Own end‑to‑end campaign planning and execution
- Adapt campaigns based on channel performance and commercial priorities
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners
- Content & Social Media
- Plan, create and optimise content across Instagram, TikTok and key channels
- Balance reactive and planned content based on performance and relevance
- Delivery Platform Marketing
- Manage marketing execution across platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo
- Optimise listings, imagery, menus and promotions in line with brand and campaigns
- In‑Store & Physical Marketing
- Own in‑store marketing materials (menus, POS, window assets)
- Ensure campaigns are executed consistently in restaurants
- Budget Management
- Manage and allocate marketing budget across channels
- Track spend against performance and adjust based on results
- CRM & Retention
- Work with CRM to align campaigns with retention and loyalty activity
- Community, Reputation & PR
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across platforms
- Coordinate messaging with PR partners
- Insight, Trends & AI
- Stay close to customer behaviour, food trends and competitors
- Use data and AI tools to improve speed and quality of marketing output
