A well-established business in Sutton is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant with a keen eye for detail and passion for finance. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the business’s finances are well managed. This initial 6 month fixed term contract position would suit a studier who wishes to expand their experience within a small friendly team.
Duties will include:
- Accounts payable process
- Payment runs
- Processing expenses
- Posting invoices
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Assisting with account payable
- Ad hoc general ledger responsibilities
- Ledger reconciliation
