Our client, based in Merstham, are looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join the team on an initial 9 month fixed term contract, with the strong likelihood of extension. Available on short notice and able to start in May / June, you will work as part of an efficient team and take responsibility for the process of high-volume transactions, reconciliation of financial statements, invoicing, chasing payments and liaising with clients. You will be proactive, organised and able to take on a varied job profile whilst being highly confident at getting stuck into carrying any adhoc tasks given to you by the Financial Controller. A selection of Accounts Assistant duties will include:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Overseeing the suspense account and raising company recharges
- Handling client queries and maintaining good relationships

- Be available on a maximum of 1 weeks notice
