Job Description

Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Term time only
Monday - Thursday 8:10am - 4.15pm, Friday 8.10am - 3.45pm

Contract Type: Fixed Term, Term time only (18 months)

Byron Primary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils by supporting their learning and development in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

As an Apprentice Teaching Assistant, you will:

Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Foster positive relationships and encourage independence, confidence, and self-esteem.
Help create a welcoming, purposeful classroom environment where every child can succeed.
Work towards a Teaching Assistant qualification
