Clean all front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly. Dust and polish surfaces and the building fabric. Clean and sanitise surfaces. Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly in line with company procedures. Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations. Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or hazards to management. Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines.

- Previous cleaning experience useful but not necessary.
