Key Responsibilities
- Clean all front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including dining areas, bar, toilets, and staff areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
- Dust and polish surfaces and the building fabric.
- Clean and sanitise surfaces.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly in line with company procedures.
- Follow cleaning schedules and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues, breakages, or hazards to management.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
- Support deep cleaning tasks as required.
