We are seeking a Graphic Production Designer to join our Marketing & Design team. This is an opportunity suited to a relatively recent graduate or early-career designer looking to develop their skills in a structured, collaborative environment within an exciting sports event industry.

You will support the delivery of high-quality print and digital experiences by assisting with design production, asset preparation, and maintaining consistency across our digital products. Working under the guidance of the Lead Designer, you will contribute to the refinement and execution of designs across web and digital platforms. You will also support with large scale print preparation.

Salary is circa £28-29k.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and finalize design files for print and digital publishing.
  • Adjust layouts based on feedback from clients or creative directors.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and style standards are followed.
  • Check and correct fonts, colours, image resolution, and formatting.
  • Prepare files for press, packaging, advertising, or online use.
  • Resize or adapt designs for multiple formats (social media, banners, brochures, etc.).
  • Maintain file organization and version control.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and production teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues before printing or publishing.
  • Conduct visual quality assurance to ensure implementation accuracy.
  • Support ongoing updates, releases, and experimentation initiatives.
