Associate to Director Civil Structural Engineer
Full‑time position.
ByrneLooby is an international consulting engineering practice delivering specialist services across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. We support projects from inception to decommissioning, providing solutions that are buildable, cost‑effective and meet construction demands.
Responsibilities
- Lead major civil structures projects from concept to detailed design engineering.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and provide technical direction during project development.
- Plan, organise and manage resources, providing leadership, mentoring and motivating a team of engineers.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external agencies to build strong working relationships.
- Prepare technical and commercial bids, win work, project‑manage and consistently deliver significant projects to programme and budget.
Qualifications
- A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
- Chartered status from an appropriate professional body.
- Ideally around 20 years or more of civil structures design and project delivery experience.
