We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment. Support with typing will also be required.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday am to 4.00pm

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Audio typing when necessary.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility as needed.
