Are you an organised and proactive professional looking to contribute to exciting projects in the water industry? Xylem, a global leader in water technology, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Project Manager by processing purchase orders, managing project handovers, and scheduling CRM updates.
Order and manage project materials, ensuring optimal stock levels while considering lead times and supplier terms.
Maintain and organise project documentation, keeping records up to date.
Communicate project status to clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule engineers, field staff, and subcontractors for installations, maintenance, and surveys.
Assist clients with land access approvals and FRAPS application documentation.
Track and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with internal teams including sales, warehouse, logistics, invoicing, and finance to ensure seamless project execution.
Support compliance with CDM regulations by updating construction phase plans, RAMS, and method statements.
Manage the Ofwat grant-funded RDMAI project, overseeing budget, scheduling, and deliverables.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering, utilities, or construction sectors.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
Knowledge of procurement, invoicing, and scheduling processes.
Understanding of health & safety regulations and CDM compliance is desirable.
