The Opportunity... We have an exciting opportunity for Assistant Business Manager at our Byredo Selfridges counter. You'll be responsible for assisting the team, with the ability to assume the store management responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandising standards and goals, building highly motivated teams, and developing Fragrance Consultants to the next level.

- Previous experience in an Account Manager/Assistant Business Manager/Key Holder, Assistant Store Manager role
- Previous experience within the fragrance, beauty, fashion or luxury industry
- A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
- The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launches or activity unique to that store
- The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own; you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to prioritise your workload
