POSITION: PERFORMANCE MARKETING COORDINATOR
REPORTS TO: SR. PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

Reporting to our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, the Performance Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business in executing BYOMA’s global digital marketing strategy across multiple platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in coordinating and executing BYOMA’s global digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including Meta, TikTok, SNAP, Pinterest, Twitch, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, traffic, and reach.
  • Help manage creative briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets for campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies.
  • Provide administrative support, including organizing campaign data, preparing reports, and managing communication with external agencies and vendors.
  • Assist in testing and analyzing performance data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the creative, social, and content teams to ensure campaigns align with BYOMA’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of new marketing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent graduate with a business or marketing-related degree, preferably with internship experience. Alternatively, non-graduate candidates with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing will also be considered.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a willingness to learn new marketing platforms and tools.
  • Collaborative and enthusiastic, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to grow and develop in the field.
  • Creative mindset, with a keen interest in emerging digital trends and platforms.
