The Office Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of a well-organised, efficient, and compliant office environment. This role ensures that all office administration, facilities, and workplace services are effectively managed to support business operations and employee experience. Acting as the central coordination point for office-related activities, the Office Manager implements processes, manages vendors, controls budgets, and ensures a safe, functional, and engaging workplace aligned with company standards.

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office environment
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Manage correspondence, deliveries, and communications
- Facilities & Maintenance
- Liaise with building management and vendors
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities
- Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep
- Oversee workplace health and safety compliance
- Budgeting & Financial Administration
- Support office budget planning and tracking
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses
- Monitor spend and ensure cost efficiency
- Staff Support & Coordination
- Provide administrative support across the business
- Act as first point of contact for office-related queries
- Support onboarding of new employees
