The Office Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of a well-organised, efficient, and compliant office environment. This role ensures that all office administration, facilities, and workplace services are effectively managed to support business operations and employee experience. Acting as the central coordination point for office-related activities, the Office Manager implements processes, manages vendors, controls budgets, and ensures a safe, functional, and engaging workplace aligned with company standards.

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office environment
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
  • Liaise with building management and vendors
  • Ensure office cleanliness and upkeep
  • Support office budget planning and tracking
  • Act as first point of contact for office-related queries

Ideally would have a minimum of 2-3 years experience managing a busy office and financial awareness and budget management.
