The Influencer Manager is responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that build brand awareness, credibility, and engagement across BYOMA social platforms. This role manages relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers to deliver high-impact campaigns that drive brand equity and commercial performance. The Influencer Manager ensures BYOMA collaborates with culturally relevant creators who authentically represent the brand’s values, products, and aesthetic.
Role Responsibilities:- Influencer Strategy
- Develop and implement the BYOMA’s global influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Identify and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Build a diverse network of creators across tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, celebrity).
- Ensure influencer partnerships align with brand positioning, target audience, and campaign priorities.
- Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns including:
- Creator sourcing
- Outreach and negotiation
- Contracting and briefing
- Content approval
- Campaign execution
- Collaborate with product marketing and launch teams to integrate influencers into new product launches.
- Ensure influencer content reflects brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
- Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key creators and talent managers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencer partnerships.
- Develop brand ambassador programmes and long-term creator partnerships.
- Attend industry events, creator events, and brand activations to build influencer relationships.
- Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyse influencer campaign performance including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Earned media value
- Conversion and sales impact
- Provide campaign reporting and insights to marketing leadership.
- Optimise influencer strategy based on performance data and social trends.
- Gifting & Seeding Programmes
- Manage the brand’s PR and influencer seeding strategy.
- Identify key creators for product gifting and sampling.
- Track organic influencer mentions and brand advocacy.
- Budget Management
- Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient investment across creators and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership fees with creators and agencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Brand Marketing - ensure influencer activity aligns with brand campaigns
- Social Media Team - coordinate content and creator amplification
- PR Team - align influencer partnerships with press and events
- E-commerce Teams (internal & external) - support conversion-driving creator partnerships
- Creative Team - ensure content aligns with brand aesthetic
- Experience
- 3–6+ years in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing
- Experience working in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Skills
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing influencer campaigns and budgets
- Strong understanding of beauty creator culture and trends
- Data-driven approach to campaign performance
- Experience with the following tools:
- Influencer platforms (e.g. Tribe, Traackr, CreatorIQ, Upfluence)
- Social analytics tools
- Google Analytics / e-commerce tracking
- Social listening platforms
