Our Brand Director is responsible for defining, developing, and executing the brand strategy to drive growth, cultural relevance, and commercial success. This role leads the brand vision across marketing, communications, retail experience, and partnerships, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence across all consumer touchpoints.
The Brand Director works cross-functionally with product development, sales, digital, creative, and retail teams to deliver impactful launches and sustained brand growth.
- Brand Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the long-term brand strategy and positioning.
- Translate brand DNA into clear consumer-facing storytelling and brand codes.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across product, campaigns, retail, and digital.
- Monitor market trends, cultural shifts, and competitor activity to keep the brand relevant.
- Oversee campaign planning for major product launches and brand moments.
- Ensure campaigns deliver both brand equity and commercial impact.
- Work with creative and content teams to develop strong visual and narrative assets.
- Ensure product concepts align with brand positioning, consumer needs, and market opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new launches including messaging, claims, and education.
- Use data, research, and social listening to inform brand strategy.
- Translate insights into meaningful innovation and marketing ideas.

8–12+ years experience in brand marketing within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or consumer goods. Proven experience leading brand strategy and major product launches. Strong understanding of beauty consumer trends and digital marketing. Highly commercial mindset with strong P&L understanding.
