🌟 CREATIVE & CONTENT INTERNSHIP – WINTER 2025 🌟

📆 Contract: 3-month paid internship (FTC)
We have an amazing opportunity for someone looking to break into the beauty industry and build their creative portfolio! This is a hands-on internship with our talented content team who are responsible for leading the expansion of our brand presence and driving our content strategy to the next level through engaging, visual storytelling, innovative content creation, and breakthrough social media assets. From ideation and concepting, through to photoshoot production, and ultimately asset creation!
what you\’ll get involved in:
- Design and adapt assets for a range of touchpoints – including but not limited to social content, ads, campaign imagery, launch graphics, email banners and web.
- Assist with day-to-day design tasks such as resizing images, adapting templates, and preparing assets for social and web use.
- Support the wider creative team on social content days, assisting with shooting behind-the-scenes content, styling, and setup as needed.
- Contribute to daily content creation, including shooting/editing short-form content on iPhone and creating graphics for social and marketing use.
- Ensure all design files and creative assets are well-organised, named correctly, and stored within our shared archive system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is optimised for performance across platforms, using feedback to iterate and improve.
- Bring fresh creative ideas to the table and stay up to date with social and design trends, formats, and tools.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports the wider content and creative strategy.

you’ll be a great fit if you:
- Can commit to 13 hours/week and 2 in-office days in Glasgow.
- Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to crop, resize, and export images appropriately for both web and high-resolution print use.
- Solid foundation in graphic design principles – layout, composition, typography, and colour theory.
- Experience using Canva or similar platforms is a plus, especially for fast-paced content creation.
- A strong interest in social media and content marketing, with an understanding of what makes creative perform across different platforms.
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, creative ideas, and visual storytelling.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Strong communicator, collaborative team player, and confident working independently when required.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Experience assisting on shoots is a bonus – whether that’s with lighting or using CaptureOne or similar.
