Our Creative & Content Executives ensure our content strategy drives conversions, sales, and brand recognition while building community with our audiences. They lead the expansion of our brands’ global presence and drive our content strategy to the next level through engaging, visual storytelling, innovative content creation, and breakthrough social media assets that increase user engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the creation of a wide range of video content including but not limiting to social content, product tutorials, launch videos, campaign assets, internal brand videos and evergreen content.
  • Support the Creative & Content team with general day-to-day administrative and creative tasks.
  • Shoot and/or edit engaging, social-first video content - using iPhone - for use across platforms, paid ads, product pages, campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Responsible for day-to-day content needs within post-production, ensuring assets are delivered on time and formatted for all relevant platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Maintain and organise our online archive of video assets to ensure ease of access and reuse across the wider team.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to optimise video content for performance and engagement, using feedback and insights to refine future work.
  • Actively contribute fresh, innovative ideas for shoots, edits, and content formats - with an awareness of platform trends, audience behaviour, and emerging tech.
  • Ensure all creative output is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overall creative strategy.
  • Supporting in our in-office studio, including lighting set-up, and audio capture (training and support available).
  • Travel may be required on occasion for campaign shoots, events, or brand activations.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 2 years of experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, with basic proficiency in After Effects for text animation and motion graphics.
  • A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your editing skills, creative thinking, and ability to bring a brand to life through video.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and what makes content perform across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Confident shooting short-form content on iPhone, with a strong eye for framing, pace, and storytelling.
  • Experience assisting on shoots is a bonus - whether that’s with lighting, sound, or using a DSLR camera.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly creative environment with shifting priorities and tight turnarounds.
  • Collaborative and communicative - enjoys working closely with others but able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
  • Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
