Here, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our UK&I sales organisation, driving strategic growth across enterprise and mid‑market customers, and strengthening Beyond’s position as Google Cloud’s leading European partner. You will make a significant impact by shaping go‑to‑market strategy, influencing senior customer and partner stakeholders, and delivering commercial outcomes that directly support Beyond’s continued global growth.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the UK&I sales strategy and revenue performance across Google Cloud licensing, managed services, and professional services offerings.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales organisation including Directors, Account Executives, and Business Development Representatives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Google Cloud leadership and account teams to strengthen co‑sell opportunities and partner alignment.
  • Drive pipeline growth and new business acquisition across key sectors including Financial Services, Retail, and Public Sector.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and commercial leadership on complex enterprise opportunities, large‑scale bids, and multi‑year transformation programmes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting through effective Salesforce governance and sales operations discipline.
  • Partner closely with Delivery, Marketing, Alliances, Finance, and People teams to ensure scalable growth and strong customer outcomes.
  • Shape the ongoing evolution of Beyond’s UK&I go‑to‑market strategy, sales capability, and commercial operating model.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience leading high‑performing enterprise technology sales organisations within cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation environments.
  • Extensive experience working within hyperscale ecosystems such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven success delivering against significant ARR, services revenue, and growth targets within complex B2B environments.
  • Demonstrable experience building strategic vendor partnerships and driving successful co‑sell motions with technology partners.
  • Strong commercial leadership experience across enterprise and mid‑market customer segments within the UK&I market.
  • Demonstrable experience leading senior sales professionals and scaling commercially mature sales functions.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement cycles, commercial negotiations, and complex transformation programmes.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills with the ability to engage credibly at C‑suite level.
  • Strong operational and forecasting discipline with experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience developing go‑to‑market strategies aligned to growth, profitability, and customer success outcomes.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working within a Google Cloud Partner organisation.
  • Familiarity with managed services and consumption‑based cloud commercial models.
  • Experience working within a PE‑backed or high‑growth scale‑up environment.
  • Knowledge of AI, data, and modern cloud platform solutions including Vertex AI and Gemini.
  • Experience contributing to international or multi‑region commercial strategy.
