Purpose of the role: To oversee and ensure that adequate & effective support is available to the Site Based Team. To manage the services required with maximum efficiency & expediency. Manage the platform training matrix and coordinate training requests. Take minutes and distribute to all parties, follow up actions to ensure next meeting is effective and productive. Support the continued Health and Safety programs on the project by efficiently coordinating all requests from the team and Health and Safety team.
Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:
- Support to the team as required in meetings including coordinating rooms and people.
- Take minutes, translate to meeting minutes for onward distribution and follow up on actions to ensure effective meetings held.
- HSPI management with Safety Team and management team.
- Coordinate a schedule of Safety inspections.
- Generate all internal KPI reports as required.
- Support teams with asset management via GMAO.
- Raising requisition for materials using the GMAO order process.
- Reporting issues as they arise through their line manager.
- Health surveillance appointment tracking including COVID tests.
- Training register management including booking courses and managing workforce attendance with the relevant management.
- Training register management including booked courses for all Staff on the platform to ensure compliance.
- Tool Box talks and Daily briefs to be uploaded on to A Site on a weekly basis.
- Maintain stationery requirements as required.
