About the Role
By Jake Hall is a growing fashion label known for its sharp aesthetic, bold identity, and dynamic creative direction. We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and creatively driven Creative Assistant to support the Founder and Creative Director across both administrative and artistic functions. Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide daily assistance to the Founder/Creative Director (calendar, inbox, meeting coordination).
- Arrange domestic and international travel, bookings, and shoot logistics.
- Assist in organising samples, collections, and creative documents.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, filing systems, and production-related support.
- Creative & Brand Involvement
- Prepare and style looks for campaigns, editorials, events, and studio shoots.
- Support in developing creative concepts, shoot locations, and set references.
- Attend shoots and assist with on-site coordination, styling, and visual composition.
- Social Media & Digital Management
- Help curate and manage brand imagery across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and aesthetic consistency.
- Liaise with photographers, models, influencers, and digital collaborators.
What We’re Looking For
- A keen eye for style, visual storytelling, and emerging cultural trends.
- Previous experience in fashion, styling, or creative direction is strongly preferred.
- Highly organised, responsive, and proactive under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask across creative and logistical needs.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign ideal), and social media tools (Later, Canva, etc.).
- Flexible and open to travel, with occasional weekend/evening work depending on events and shoot schedules.
