The Role: We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Associate, Global Agency, to support the growth of Bob W’s agency and entertainment segment across our portfolio. Working closely with the Key Account Director, Agency & Entertainment, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences for both bookers and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and results. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, offering a year of high-impact growth within our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage reservation enquiries from Agency partners, meet SLAs, and turn interest into confirmed bookings.
  • Support the Key Account Director in hitting quarterly budget targets and identifying industry trends that give us a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the strategic onboarding of new agency partners, ensuring they are perfectly aligned with Bob W’s growth mission.
  • Help organise and execute client FAM trips and presentations to boost brand awareness and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate on building best-in-class sales processes that ensure both bookers and guests receive a 5-star experience.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track progress, manage relationships, and turn market analysis into actionable sales results.

Our 5-star candidate:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in reservations or B2B hospitality sales.
  • Has a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Is highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Builds strong client relationships with excellent communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple priorities confidently.
  • Takes initiative with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Has experience onboarding and managing client accounts.
  • Understands hospitality corporate and agency sales channels.
  • Is comfortable using CRM systems; experience using Pipedrive is a plus.
  • Is ambitious, collaborative, data-driven, and fluent in English.

We offer:

  • Competitive base salary plus a quarterly bonus structure tied to performance.
  • Unlimited holidays.
  • Free nights and generous discounts at Bob W locations.
  • Voluntary Health Insurance.
  • Oliva mental well-being platform access.
  • Discounted rates for gyms.
  • Enhanced parental leave policies.
  • Mobile phone call compensation.
  • Development and growth opportunities with an L&D budget.
  • Regular team events.
  • Smart and highly motivated team with a multicultural, diverse, and rewarding work environment.
