We are looking to speak to talented Solicitors or Legal Executives with proven motor injury experience. The successful candidate will handle technical, sometimes complex multi track work. Ideally, the Partners prefer candidates with previous multi track experience, but they will also consider those with a fast track background.

This is a niche team dealing with a small number of key insurer clients. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to hone their litigation skills in a supportive environment, develop client relationships, and gain valuable day-to-day experience.

Cases vary in value, typically around £150,000 to £250,000, and may involve additional complexities related to case facts.

• Advising on a caseload of Multi Track Motor claims, managing your own cases alongside assisting on high-value matters.
• Drafting court documents such as pleadings.
• Preparing instructions to counsel and experts, attending conferences, and advising clients.
• Analyzing complex medical evidence as required.

The team works with top clients, including national brands across various sectors. The role offers hybrid working and excellent development opportunities.
