Senior Associate / Junior Partner – London – The National Law Firm are seeking an ambitious Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its expanding London Banking & Finance Practice. The firm itself is continuing to expand London so this is an ample opportunity for personal progression.

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Job Type: Full-time

The Role

The successful candidate will:

1. Independently manage a caseload while working closely with partners.
2. Play a key role in business development, ideally bringing in new clients from their existing network.
3. Delegate work and mentor junior team members, contributing to their training and career progression.
4. Collaborate with other departments, including Corporate, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Property, as well as colleagues in the firm’s other offices.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years PQE with solid banking & finance
2. Expertise in at least one specialist area of finance (e.g., real estate finance, structured finance, asset-based lending, trade/supply chain finance, financial regulation).
3. Strong communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
4. Passion for business development and team leadership.
