Exciting opportunity to join one of the leading commercial litigation teams in the Northwest offering outstanding opportunities to grow and develop as well as a highly attractive salary and benefits package. You will be advising on a mix of high-profile litigation work for a range of corporate and commercial clients both national and international.

Salary: to £110,000

Previous Experience: A commercial litigation solicitor with 4 PQE + from either a boutique firm or a large national practice. A strong academic background is sought, as well as a shrewd understanding of the litigation process.
Broad spread of high-profile litigation work: You will work alongside a well-regarded Partner on a truly unrivalled mix of clients including household names and international corporations - everything from start-ups to established FTSEs. Examples of work undertaken range from breaches of contract and director disputes to complex dispute resolution arising out of failed procurement arrangements or supply chain breakdowns. The team also has a specialism in advising on tech disputes so any experience of such work would be welcome.
The range of work is vast and the role offers the successful candidate to gain exposure to a rich variety of matters under the guidance of some of the most highly regarded lawyers in the market.
Ideal candidates: We are looking for talented, ambitious commercial litigators who not only have a thorough appreciation of black-letter litigation law, but also possess a creative approach to problem-solving. The Partner is looking for candidates who can apply the law to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and who can also broker a deal where necessary to resolve any harmful fallout resulting from a breakdown in a business relationship.
