A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Corporate / Transactional Tax practice in London. This role offers high‐quality transactional work, strong client exposure and the opportunity to develop within a highly regarded corporate tax team.
The team advises on complex and often high‐profile UK and cross‐border transactions for a broad client base including corporates, investors, management teams, insurers and financial institutions across a range of sectors.
You will work on a wide mix of transactional tax matters, with a high degree of autonomy and direct client involvement, including:
- Corporate M&A tax, including drafting and negotiating tax warranties and indemnities
- Corporate reorganisations and restructurings and share incentive and employee reward structures
- Management equity, share disposals, rollovers and reinvestments
- Real estate tax matters, including isteyen and VAT
- Tax aspects of W&I insurance‐backed transactions
At least 6+ years' PQE in corporate / transactional tax
Strong experience across M&A tax and restructuring work
Interest in business development and mentoring junior lawyers
