This is a well-established and well-respected team who act for a wide range of insurers in relation to a variety of industrial disease claims. The successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer's Liability & Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases. The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates. Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.
