A leading global law firm is seeking an Incentives Knowledge Lawyer to support its market-leading Employment & Incentives practice in London. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded incentives teams in the City, consistently ranked top-tier for over two decades.
Location: London
Working pattern: Part-time (3 days per week)
Experience: 2-5 years' PQE
Salary: Up to Β£150,000 FTE
The Role
The role is part-time and sits at the heart of a high-profile practice advising on strategically important and commercially sensitive remuneration and incentive matters for listed and private companies, financial institutions, funds and investors. You will work closely with senior incentives lawyers and the team's Knowledge Counsel, playing a central role in maintaining technical excellence, thought leadership, innovation and knowledge sharing across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting fee-earning incentives lawyers with high-quality knowledge, precedents and training
- Monitoring, analysing and distilling legal and regulatory developments in incentives and remuneration
- Producing and maintaining client-facing materials, guidance notes and thought leadership
- Developing and updating know-how resources, precedents and training programmes
- Collaborating with knowledge lawyers and specialists across other practice areas and jurisdictions
- Representing the team at industry events, training sessions and forums where appropriate
About You
- 2+ years' PQE with relevant incentives experience gained at a leading law firm
- Experience advising on some of: employee share plans, executive remuneration, financial services remuneration regulation, PE-style incentive plans and transactional incentives issues
- Strong technical drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance
