Disease Litigation Solicitor / Fee Earner – This recognised National firm is looking for a experienced Industrial Disease litigator. Ideal candidates should have file handing of a variety of disease claims.

Working In The Team

This is a well established and well-respected team who act for a wide range of insurers in relation to a variety of industrial disease claims.

The successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer\’s Liability & Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases.

The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates.

Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.

Alongside being responsible for managing and progressing a caseload of litigated disease-related injury claims, you will:
