In particular, the team is strengthening its technology practice with a focus on advising clients on major IT transformation projects and other initiatives in the digital and technology space.

Stellar client list
Clients range from major national players to global names operating in various sectors from financial services including fintech to leisure and retail. The team also has a niche specialism working with start-ups and university incubator companies. The team regularly advises on some of the largest, most impactful projects, from major BPO and IT outsourcing initiatives to agreements in relation to digital transformation and cloud computing. Lawyers within the team are also afforded the opportunity to work on more general commercial contracts work for other clients including sale and distribution agreements, joint venture projects as well as a raft of commercial work arising from the firm’s Life Sciences offering.

- A minimum of 2 years PQE though PQE is only given as a guide.
