An award-winning national law firm is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Midlands Corporate team, during a period of sustained and strategic growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for a corporate lawyer looking to work on high-quality, complex transactions for excellent clients, while developing a clear specialism and long-term career path within an ambitious and supportive team.

The role also offers the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers and to be actively involved in business development and client relationship initiatives from an early stage. You will be an experienced solicitor in M&A and PE work with proven experience managing complex transactions.
