Solicitor / Supervisor – Employers’ & Public Liability (EL/PL)
Location: UK-Wide Remote, Hybrid, or Office-Based (Birmingham preferred)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
A leading national Casualty Injury practice is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to undertake a supervisory position within its Employers’ and Public Liability (EL/PL) team. This opportunity has arisen due to continued growth and recent client acquisitions, offering a platform for legal professionals with strong leadership capability and technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a small team managing litigated EL/PL cases
- Maintain personal caseload of complex personal injury claims
- Monitor and report on team performance, compliance, and billing metrics
- Manage workload allocation and escalate risks appropriately
- Support client relationship development and business development activity
Candidate profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate
- Proven experience in EL/PL or broader personal injury litigation
- Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
- High attention to detail and sound commercial judgement

Additional Information
This role offers considerable flexibility with remote, hybrid, or office-based arrangements available. While there is a preference for Birmingham, candidates based elsewhere in the UK will be considered.
