This is an established Property Damage team in Manchester. The team advises on a wide range of commercial insurance litigation on behalf of major insurers and their clients. They also advise a number of corporates direct.

- Previous Experience : Previous experience of property damage, or general commercial insurance litigation / subrogated loss would be ideal. Other areas of interest include general commercial litigation as well as areas such as debt recovery. Any experience of large-scale property damage / liability disputes would be a major advantage.
Quality, technical commercial litigation for range of clients
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 PQE or more and be keen to build their career in the areas of property damage and subrogated recoveries. This property liability department forms part of the wider national and international commercial litigation team and advises a range of clients on some of the most complex work in the UK.
Instructions might include claims relating to:
- fire damage;
- chemical leaks;
- water escapes;
- construction and engineering disputes.
Such claims are often high-value, complex and highly sensitive. The team is renowned for its ability to handle demanding, large-scale contentious matters and has a formidable range of experience on which to draw.
Who should apply
