If successful, you will be joining a dynamic team advising on complex work. As a snapshot, you will: Lead on high‑value property damage claims (fire, flood, chemical, construction, environmental) Manage subrogated recoveries, coverage disputes and liability claims Collaborate with colleagues across Manchester, Birmingham and London Contribute to client development and strategic growth initiatives Strong background in litigation The Partners are keen to meet litigators with a strong technical foundation and commercial approach: 1+ years’ PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive) Background in property damage, insurance litigation or subrogated recoveries Commercial litigation experience also welcomed Excellent drafting, analysis and client‑handling skills Proactive, collaborative and ambitious to progress A small and supportive team The Manchester team is relatively small and very supportive.
