Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory

Range of EL/PL work with exposure to regulatory

  • Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
  • Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
  • Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
  • Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters
