A leading national law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or unqualified fee earner to join its renowned complex injury team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle multi track EL/PL matters whilst assisting on high-value, £1M+ catastrophic injury cases.

Job Overview

• Job Title: Solicitor / Fee Earner
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: Up to £55,000
• Work Pattern: Hybrid working available
• Reports to: Partner
• Experience Required: Defendant insurance experience preferred (Claimant experience considered). Qualified and unqualified candidates considered.

Multi track EL/PL experience wanted

We are interested in speaking with solicitors, legal executives or unqualified fee earners who have:

✔ Experience in multi-track EL/PL claims. Any experience in complex injury would be an advantage

✔ Defendant litigation experience (though strong Claimant backgrounds will be considered)

✔ Strong technical and analytical skills, with commercial acumen

✔ A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Managing EL/PL caseload for key clients

• Handling a broad range of multi track claims, predominantly Employer’s Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) cases.
• Assisting senior lawyer with catastrophic injury cases.
• Being main contact and client liaison for key client
• Attending Joint Settlement Meetings (JSMs), mediations, and court hearings.
• Supervising and mentoring paralegals to aid their development.
