Range of EL/PL work with exposure to regulatory

• Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track and catastrophic injury matters
• Advise major corporate clients on complex litigation strategy
• Support senior lawyers on HSE investigations, product law and inquests
• Contribute to client care and case strategy across personal injury and regulatory matters

Ideal candidate

We welcome applications from fee earners with a strong personal injury foundation and an interest in regulatory work:

• Solicitor with defendant PI experience
• Strong EL/PL litigation skills and case-handling ability
• Interest in regulatory law, product liability or inquest work
