One of our leading international law firm clients is looking to strengthen its corporate and structured lending practice in London with specific reference to its distressed lending offering. We are keen to speak to Banking solicitors from 1 to 8 PQE, particularly if you have credit solutions, hybrid capital and special situations lending experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Associate or Managing Associate to further develop their career within a globally recognised Banking team, advising on complex, innovative, and high-value transactions.

An overview of the work
This role sits within corporate and structured lending, which encompasses a broad range of work including:
- Credit solutions and structured lending arrangements
- Hybrid capital solutions
- Special situations and event-driven financings
- Complex secured lending transactions across the capital structure
- Holdco financings, NPL and distressed loan matters
- Equity and equity-linked financing structures
The successful candidates will also gain exposure to a broad range of more general banking and finance matters, including general corporate lending, fund finance, real estate and asset finance as well as restructuring-related transactions.
